Step 1: Check your Coverage
Wildflower / Cigna

Milkwise / Aetna
Submit your insurance information through Milkwise to confirm your coverage status. Click the button below to verify Milkwise coverage. If the button does not work, click the following link: https://secure.gethealthie.com/users/sign_up/clients?provider_id=15261624. You would need to create a login first before verifying coverage.
UnitedHealthCare
You do not need to complete a separate coverage verification step before booking. Please go ahead and book your appointment online. You will provide your insurance information on the intake form after booking, and we will check your coverage before your first appointment.
Step 2: Wait for coverage verification.
For Wildflower/Cigna and Milkwise/Aetna, you will receive an email letting you know whether your insurance is accepted. They typically respond within 24–48 hours. If you submit your information on a weekend or holiday, coverage will usually be verified on the following business day.Once you receive confirmation of coverage, you may book your appointment online.
For UnitedHealthcare, you do not need to wait for coverage verification before booking.
Step 3: Book online

Milkwise and Wildflower provide partial coverage, but there is an additional fee as stated above. Milkwise and Wildflower are lactation billing platforms.
My services are specialized because I combine my background as an occupational therapist with lactation consulting to support feeding, oral motor skills, sensory processing, development, and overall function.
The additional fee helps cover the specialized occupational therapy portion of care that is not included through lactation billing.
For UnitedHealthcare, you may be responsible for any copay, coinsurance, deductible, or non-covered portion of the visit, depending on your plan.
What if I have already seen another provider through Wildflower or Milkwise?
