I partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to help my families with PPO insurance and have partnered with Wildflower to help my families with Cigna insurance. The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower are third party companies that help families connect their insurances with lactation consultants. TLN accepts the following insurances: UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, StutterHealth. Wildflower accepts Cigna. If your insurance is covered by TLN and Cigna, my prices are reduced significantly.

How do I find out if I'm covered by TLN?

Please submit your insurance using this link: https://go.lactationnetwork.com/ResilientLactation. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours regarding your coverage status. If covered, you can go ahead and book online. Be sure to click "TLN Covered" when booking your appointments. You can also text me to follow up. 

How do I find out if I'm covered by Wildflower?

Kindly submit your insurance through this link: https://portal.wildflowerhealth.net/affiliate-care/ca76534. You will receive immediate confirmation of your coverage status after submission. If you are covered, feel free to your appointments online, and remember to select "Wildflower" when doing so. You can also text me for any follow-up.

What if I have already seen another provider through TLN?

You can access multiple providers through The Lactation Network. To ensure I can bill your insurance, it's essential for you to initiate a self-transfer. To add me as your provider, please use the portal for the self-transfer process. If the self-transfer isn’t completed within 2 weeks after your appointment, you will be required to pay self-pay rates.

 

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Click on my vanity link: https://go.lactationnetwork.com/ResilientLactation.

2. Once the link opens, log into the portal. After logging in, you should see the to transfer care to Resient Lactation.

3. Click “Yes” to transfer your information to my portal.

4. After transfer, you can start booking online through my website. Make sure select “The Lactation Network” option.

 

Feel free to continue seeing your previous lactation consultant(s) while also receiving care from me, as you are permitted to see multiple providers throughN.

What if I have already seen another provider through Wildflower?

You can access multiple providers through Wildflower. Please re-submit your insurance information into the vanity link. https://portal.wildflowerhealth.net/affiliate/ca76534. You should receive immediate confirmation, allowing you to book online.

What if I am not covered by TLN (The Lactation Network) or Wildflower?

My clients pay me cash via venmo, zelle or credit card. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. A superbill is a document made for insurance companies that details the services a therapist performed for a client. I am willing to work with you and provide whatever necessary information your insurance needs to increase your chances of reimbursement.
